Your Description on the Difference between private physiotherapy clinics and OHIP physiotherapy clinics is really appreciable. There are many factors comes along with it. Several you displayed but with them I want to add some of mine.
In Private Clinics the healthcare and information given by the physiotherapist are to the point and regarding with your health only. even if they cost you more than Normal OHIP Physiotherapy, but also they provide you the best facilities.

I agree with you as to using it for disc herniation and nerve compression. I had very good results with it for that reason. Fortunately I was able to get my auto insurance company to pay for the treatments and avoided the $4200. The first ten visits showed marked improvement, the next ten, not so much. But I think the whole idea behind decompression for herniation and nerve pain is spot on. Getting the pressure off, allowing the disc to heal. The problem I think is they don’t know how long that takes yet.
